Terms & Conditions

1. Project Initiation & Advance Payment

To commence any project, a 30% advance payment is mandatory. The project will officially begin only after the advance payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Payment Structure

  • 30% advance before project initiation
  • Remaining balance payable prior to final delivery
  • Final files, source codes, credentials, or live access will be provided only after complete payment clearance

3. Advance Payment Policy

All advance payments are non-refundable. This payment accounts for consultation, planning, design effort, development setup, and allocation of professional resources.

4. Revisions Policy

The number of revisions included in the project is determined by the plan or package selected by the client.

  • Revisions apply to minor design or content adjustments only
  • Any major redesigns, functional changes, or additions fall outside revision scope and will be billed separately

5. Additional Work & Scope Changes

Any request beyond the agreed scope—such as additional pages, features, integrations, or design changes after approval—will be treated as extra work and charged accordingly after client consent.

6. Client Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content including text, images, logos, videos, and brand assets. Delays in content delivery may impact project timelines.

7. Project Timeline

All timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback, approvals, and content submission by the client. Delays from the client’s side may extend delivery schedules.

8. Post-Delivery Support

Support after project completion is offered as a paid service. Maintenance, updates, enhancements, or technical assistance will be charged unless included in a separate support agreement.

9. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted complete usage rights for the delivered work. The agency retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By approving the proposal and making the advance payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
